Ryobi 2500 PSI/1.2GPM Electric Pressure Washer RY142500
Ryobi’s newest electric pressure washer continues a trend of using an AC brushless motor to get higher performance. Certified by the PWMA, this model hits 2500 PSI and 1.2GPM. With a price tag just under $300, this performance level is proving to be the sweet spot between high performance and price. On one hand, it’s hitting solid entry-level gas performance levels without the gas engine headaches. On the other, it’s $100 less than some of the electric models that are pushing PSI higher numbers.

Ryobi 40V HP Brushless 24-Inch Hedge Trimmer RY40HG01
Among the best new Ryobi tools, the 40V line of outdoor power equipment is expanding with a new 24-inch cordless hedge trimmer that includes the hedge sweep attachment. What’s important on this model is that its brushless motor sports knives with a 1-inch cut capacity and more power than 19cc gas models. Using the 2.0Ah battery that comes in the kit, you can expect to trim for more than 45 minutes.

Ryobi 18V One+ HP Brushless Pruning Chainsaw PSBCW01
While this isn’t Ryobi’s first pruning chainsaw, the new PSBCW01 is the highest performing option of the group. Its brushless motor supports an 8-inch bar with the power to cut limbs up to 6 inches in diameter—including hardwoods. What’s different about this model than others we’ve seen is that it’s a completely oil-free design. You don’t need to manually apply oil between cuts or remember to fill a tank. For cutting where standard chainsaws won’t fit (or they’re simply overkill in weight and performance), this is highly convenient solution from Ryobi.

Ryobi 18V One+ Dual Function Digital Inflator PCL031
Hitting the lifestyle category of best new Ryobi tools, 18V One+ system has a Dual Function Digital Inflator/Deflator. Using the control pad, you can set your target pressure all the way up to an impressive 160 PSI. When it hits that target, the unit stop automatically. It’s great when you’re trying to top off the tires and load the car for your road trip. There’s also a high-volume setting for fast inflation or deflation of items such as air matresses with rates up to 16 SCFM.

Ryobi 40V HP Brushless Carbon Fiber String Trimmer RY40HPST01
For fans of Ryobi’s 40V outdoor power equipment line, there’s a new string trimmer with all the bells and whistles you’ve been hoping for. Performance is center stage with a brushless motor that produces more power than a 27cc gas model. This model also combines the benefits of both a carbon fiber shaft and universal attachment capability. Plus, it includes Ryobi’s Reel Easy 3-in-1 quick loading bump feed head.
