ECHO Adds Battery-Powered Technology to Its Backpack Blower Lineup

According to ECHO, the DBT-5800T is the first cordless backpack blower to feature three battery ports. This design engages up to three batteries simultaneously, providing you with extended runtime. Using three 5.0Ah batteries, you can run this blower for up to 50 minutes in normal mode.
If you’re after a little more power, this blower’s Turbo mode gives you runtimes of up to 26 minutes with the same battery setup. This mode offers airspeeds up to 195 MPH and airflow volume of up to 795 CFM. Turbo mode also has a locking button to maintain power with less fatigue.
For comfort and design, the ECHO DBT-5800T backpack blower features a padded backrest and chest straps, as well as a rubber overmold grip. Additionally, an LED display located on the grip control lets you keep track of battery levels in real time while you work.
