Milwaukee Tool announced new One-Key versions of their latest generation M18 Fuel hammer drill and impact driver.
The new tools are said to deliver “the fastest driving speeds, enhanced safety, and advanced customization technology.
To start off, the new M18 Fuel One-Key hammer drill, model 2906, features an adjustable AutoStop anti-kickback technology.
Whereas the 2904 M18 Fuel hammer drill also features AutoStop technology, the One-Key version has low, medium, and high sensitivity settings, as well as customizable RPM settings.
One-Key also offers custom reporting and tracking for inventory management purposes.

A non-hammer drill/driver will also be available with the same specs and features. The drill/driver, model 2905, is the same length and just a bit lighter at 3.1 lbs without battery.
The new M18 Fuel cordless impact driver with One-Key, 2957, also allows for customizable speed settings, tracking, and inventory management.
As with the standard model, the One-Key impact driver is described as being the most powerful in its class, and delivering the fastest driving speeds with ultimate trigger control.

At the time of this posting, the standard (non-One-Key) kit retails for $399 and is being bundled with a free XC 8Ah battery.
One-Key’s features, such as customized settings and inventory management, requires the use of Milwaukee’s free One-Key app. The app is available for mobile devices (iOS, Android), and there is also a browser-based desktop app.
