HART 40V SuperCharge Mower Steps Up Performance And Runtime For Homeowners
We took a look at HART’s 40V 21-inch Self-Propelled Lawn Mower in 2022 and we were impressed with its performance. Now, it’s taking it up a notch by adding a SuperCharge designation, which kicks up performance and brings down battery recharge time. We’re diving into the HART 40V 21-Inch SuperCharge Lawn Mower to see how it improves upon the brand’s 40V mower formula.

The HART HLPM061US features a brushless motor that gives it as much power as a 163cc gas-powered lawn mower. Like HART’s previous 40V 21-inch model, the brand tells us that this one has the power to mow up to 3/4 of an acre on a full charge. This mower is comprised of a lightweight, corrosion-resistant deck, with the entire unit clocking in at 89.5 pounds. Like with many walk-behind mowers, it features a 3-in-1 grass disposal, giving you the option to bag, mulch, or side discharge your clippings.
You also have cutting heights of 1 inch to 4 inches with a single-point height adjustment lever located near the battery compartment. Speaking of the batteries, there are two active battery ports, although, like the previous model, this one doesn’t have an automatic switchover feature. Once you deplete one battery, you’ll have to flip the key under the lid and restart the mower.
Other convenience features include a push-button start and LED headlights for mowing in dimly lit areas or at night. When you finish mowing for the day, the handles also fold in for compact, vertical storage.
